so this oil spill combined with the hurricanes can both hurt and help the environment. it will help disperse the oil, but spread it over a greater area as well. some people even say that if the hurricane is bad enough, it would spill over the levees and cover NOLA with oil.
my only hope is that it doesn't have a huge impact on the economy and turn this into another case of political infighting... oh wait... too late.
