oh man

i get stomach problems after i eat my favorite foods... that sucks.

steak

one of my most favorite foods (if not the most favorite)... but for some reason... steak and my stomach don't get along lately.

sleep and stomach issues

the first day i got back from China, i stayed up the whole day so i can be adjusted quickly. it seemed to work, but on Sunday night, aileen and i both could not sleep at all and woke up at 3am. today it's a little better at 5am. i do think i could  have slept through the whole night if aileen didn't wake me up due to her stomach issues, which i am also having.
